Mike Goularte, PE, is a Project Engineer and co-owner of the firm with more than 13 years of experience in civil engineering, site development, and project management. Throughout his career, he has successfully guided projects from initial planning and permitting through construction, working closely with clients, regulatory agencies, and project teams to deliver practical and effective solutions. His experience spans a wide range of development projects throughout the Puget Sound region.
